Xiaomi has already started talking about MIUI 11 launch and now we have some revealing screenshots taken from an accidentally leaked beta version of the MIUI 11.
From this, we can conclude that Xiaomi is expected to announce the next version of MIUI 11 based on Android 10 soon.
Xiaomi accidentally pushed MIUI 11 update to the Mi Mix 2S and the Redmi K20 Pro so the MIUI enthusiasts picked up this really fast.
The ROM was then made flashable by developers and thus the screenshots were taken and leaked to the public.
MIUI 11 New Icons
For starters, MIUI 11 users will be introduced with a redesigned Settings menu with new styling of colourful icons. The icons are shaped differently and have unique colours so it’s comfortable to classify what you are looking for.
MIUI 11 v9.9.9 closed beta was publicly accessible for a short period of time, allowing some users to flash the leaked beta build on their smartphones.
MIUI 11 Design
The leaked screenshots from MIUI 11 disclose a new design, new icons and some of the new features.
MIUI 11 will come with the tagline “Empowering the productive” and the leaked images show the design of MIUI 11 with a lot of white spaces with big, bold text all over the UI.
Other features in MIUI 11 include new “dynamic” sounds feature, redesigned file manager app, system-wide dark mode scheduler, quick replies within notifications, ability to change the text colour automatically over time in Always-on Display.
This is a beta build so it will not be stable. We should expect Xiaomi to announce MIUI 11 based on Android 10 officially soon in China and in the other markets.
Xiaomi already announced that MIUI 11 would be a redesigned MIUI skin so far.
Let’s wait and see how Xiaomi developed their skin over android 10.
